It consumes approximately 100mA during operation and supports the CRSF protocol for communication with the flight controller. The compact receiver measures 12123mm and weighs 0.60g (excluding the antenna). It features an IPEX1 antenna connector and provides telemetry output on the RC7 channel.

The firmware for the ES900 series is continuously being improved and updated. Users are strongly encouraged to utilize the ExpressLRS Configurator to ensure they have the best possible experience.

The binding process for the ES900 system is straightforward. First, power on the ES900RX and wait until the red LED turns off. Then, immediately turn off the power and repeat this process. On the third power-on, the red LED on the ES900RX will start double-flashing quickly, indicating that the receiver is in binding mode. Next, insert the ES900TX or ES915TX module into the radio transmitter, select the External RF mode with the CRSF protocol, and locate the ELRS menu. From there, press the "Bind" option, and the red LED on the ES900RX will turn off, start blinking slowly, and finally become solid, signifying a successful binding.

The ES900 modules are compatible with a wide range of OpenTX remote controllers, particularly the Radiomaster TX16S and Jumper T12, T16, and T18 series, offering a plug-and-play experience.

Additionally, the ES900TX module comes equipped with a customized heatsink and a 2006 fan, which will automatically activate when the transmitter power is set to 250mW. This feature helps maintain stable operation under high-power conditions.
