RadioMaster MT12 Surface Radio Controller with ExpressLRS/4-in-1 Receiver for RC Vehicles

The RadioMaster MT12 is a pioneering open-source surface radio, and the first surface radio officially supported by EdgeTX, ExpressLRS, and the Multi-module project. Boasting 10 physical inputs and the capability to handle either 16 or 32 channels*, the MT12 is primed for a wide array of surface models, from cars and trucks to boats and beyond.

The MT12 stands out as a highly configurable surface radio, prepared to excel in virtually any scenario, thanks to its extensive customizability and versatile operating system. Available with built-in ExpressLRS or 4in1 MPM RF modules, the MT12 features a powerful STM32F407VGT6 with 1MB Flash and the preinstalled EdgeTX firmware.

Measuring 177.8118.4207.8mm and weighing 480 grams, the MT12 operates within the 2.400GHz-2.480GHz frequency range. The internal RF options include a 4-in-1 multi-protocol or the ELRS 2.4GHz, with the supported protocols being module-dependent. The operational current is 160mA for the 4in1 and 320mA for the ELRS, with an operating voltage of DC 6.6-8.4V.

The MT12 offers a 128*64 Monochrome LCD display and is powered by 2 x 18650 cells or a 2s 7.4v 5000mah battery pack (batteries not included). The built-in USB-C charging and firmware upgrade method via USB or SD card enhance the device's functionality.

The MT12 features a standard Nano module compartment, accommodating the RadioMaster Ranger Nano Module, RadioMaster RM 4in1 module, or TBS Crossfire Nano module. The 32 channels option requires a 4in1 radio and an additional 4in1 RF module, along with compatible receivers.

The R85C receiver, included with the 4in1 version, operates on a DC 4.5 - 8.4V power supply and a frequency range of 2400-2483.5Mhz, supporting D8/D16/SFHSS protocols with 5CH PWM output. It weighs 5.7 grams and measures 31.018.513.0 mm.

The ER3C-i receiver, included with the ExpressLRS version, operates on a DC 4.5 - 8.4V power supply and features a built-in high-sensitivity ceramic antenna. It supports the ExpressLRS 3.3.0 protocol with 3CH PWM output, a battery voltage detection range of DC 4.0 - 35V, and a weight of 4.2 grams with dimensions of 26.118.513.0 mm.

The RadioMaster MT12 boasts a compact design with excellent ergonomics, an oversized battery compartment, a rotatable antenna, and a customizable base with switches or a 4-way joystick. Its QC3.0 fast charging supports up to 2.0A MAX, and the RadioMaster standardized button layout ensures a seamless user experience.
